“Slumdog Millionaire” has done it again! The not-so-big bollywood flick about the slum boy who made it big in the Indian version of the TV show “who wants to be a millionaire” just won 8 Oscars at the 2009 Academy Awards, including the Oscar for best picture of the year. Having won the honors for best director (Danny Boyle), best adapted screenplay (Simon Beaufoy), score (A.R. Rahman), song (“Jai Ho,” co-written by Rahman), cinematography (Anthony Dod Mantle), sound mixing and film editing, ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ is officially the biggest success story of the Bollywood movie industry.
